Unibet in Pennsylvania Online Casino & Sports Betting Market

Unibet has given Pennsylvania sports bettors a new online sports betting and casino option.

The announcement this week came just a few weeks after the company officially launched their bricks and mortar sportsbook at Mohegan Sun Pocono.

“Mohegan Sun has been a great partner throughout the preparation for this launch and we are confident that this will be a long-term and successful relationship in bringing a top-quality product to Pennsylvania,” Manuel Stan, SVP Kindred US, said in a press release.

The news marks just the latest chapter in the company’s continued expansion into the U.S. market. Unibet, which is the flagship brand of on-line gambling operator Kindred Group, is one of the world’s leading online gaming platforms. With more than two decades of experience, Unibet offers online sports betting, casino games and bingo in 20 different languages across Europe, Australia, the UK and America.

Unibet Expanding U.S. Market Presence

Tuesday’s launch means that Pennsylvania online casino and sports betting players can experience a full suite of online offerings including sports betting and casino products from Unibet as part of its continued expansion into the growing American gaming market.

Pennsylvania Second State for Unibet Online

The latest launch sees Pennsylvania become the second state to play host to Unibet’s online sportsbook. The company, which first entered the US market in 2018, opened the doors to its online offering in new Jersey earlier this year in partnership with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

The company has also launched a series of high profile marketing efforts in order to announce its arrival in the two states. In New Jersey, Unibet teamed up with the NHL’s New Jersey Devils for a partnership that included significant in-market assets including arena activations and promotional support including former Devils goaltender and icon Martin Brodeur.

Unibet has also turned to the world of sports in order to build their profile in Pennsylvania. The company recently announced that it had entered into a multiyear marketing partnership with NFL outfit the Philadelphia Eagles, a move that will help to build a footprint in the state.
