All 11 of Ohio’s casinos and racinos saw an increase in profit for November 2019 compared to the same month the previous year. Ohio’s four casinos and its seven racinos also saw an increase in combined revenue compared to October, according to a report from Cleveland.com.

For November 2019, Ohio's casinos and racinos combined for a revenue of $161.1 million, an increase from both October’s $150 million and November 2018’s $148.1 million.

JACK Casino in Cleveland garnered the most revenue of the four gambling halls. For November 2019, JACK Cleveland raked in $18.8 million in revenue, and the casino made $17.4 million in revenue for November 2018.

Just behind Cleveland JACK, Hollywood Columbus Casino saw $18.6 million in revenue for November 2019, a slight increase from the $18.5 million they garnered for the same month in 2018.

JACK Cincinnati Casino saw a revenue of $17.4 million last month, an increase from November 2018’s $16.2 million.

November 2019 Ohio Racino Revenue

Racinos in Ohio only allow slots, or video lottery terminals. Though many expected the full-service casinos -- which offer table games like blackjack and roulette -- to outperform the racinos, once again, racinos’ revenue topped their casino competition in The Buckeye State.

Though MGM Northfield Park, formerly a Hard Rock Rocksino brand, has gone through a slump, it remains Ohio’s preferred racino. For last month, MGM Northfield saw $21.4 million in revenue from slots, an increase from November 2018’s $20.3 million.

For November 2018, Miami Valley Gaming garnered $12.5 million in revenue, and last month it pulled in $15.5 million. Scioto Downs was just behind Miami Valley for November 2019 with $15.3 million in revenue, an increase from the $12.5 million garnered for the same month the previous year.

JACK Thistledown Racino collected $11.8 million in revenue for last month. For November 2018, the JACK racino saw $10 million in revenue.

Hollywood Gaming at Dayton had $6.3 million in revenue for November 2018, and this year it garnered $6.8 million. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley garnered $10 million in revenue for last month, an increase from November 2018’s $9.1 million in revenue.

Belterra Park Gaming saw a revenue of $6.8 million for November 2019, a slight increase from the $6.3 million made the same month for the previous year.

Combined, all seven Ohio racinos garnered a revenue of $90.7 million for last month, an impressive increase from November 2018’s $80.4 million.
